At AMK Collections, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our refund policy regarding store credit or exchanges for eligible items.
1. Refunds for Change of Mind
1.1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
2. Store Credit or Exchange
2.1. Store Credit: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be sent to an email provided and can be used towards future purchases on our website.
2.2. Exchange: Alternatively, you may request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, left over value will be issued as a store credit. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit will be provided instead.
3. Eligibility for Store Credit or Exchange
3.1. To be eligible for store credit or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned within 14 days of purchase receiving.
- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
4. Return Process
4.1. To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, please contact our customer service team at amkcollections@hotmail.com within the specified return period. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
4.2. Please do not return any items without obtaining an RA#. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.
4.3. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Ensure that the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing Store Credit or Exchange
5.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your store credit or exchange.
5.2. If your return is approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email, or an exchange will be processed, depending on your preference and product availability.
6. Refund Exceptions
6.1. Certain items are not eligible for store credit or exchange, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item, exchange or refund only on damaged items.
